1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m. Prior to the commencement of the budget forum scheduled for this evening, Mr. Hollar gave an overview of the process used to develop the proposed school district operating budget for FY12. The board would like to hear the public’s thoughts on how the proposed budget cuts would impact, positively or negatively, the ends policies. At this point the public hearing began.
BUDGET FORUM: 6:28-7:58 p.m.
2. Return to Open Session 7:58 p.m. Following discussion, the board decided to take no formal action in regard to tomorrow’s deadline for responding to the state on the Challenges for Change initiative. Business Manager Rossi will submit existent budget numbers. Talking points for tomorrow night’s meeting were discussed.
3. Adjournment On a motion duly made and seconded, the board voted unanimously to adjourn at 8:09 p.m.
